Processes for manufacturing semiconductors
The semiconductor manufacturing process is broadly divided into the "pre-process" and "post-process". The pre-process is to create a silicon wafer that incorporates a circuit pattern. In the post-process, the completed silicon wafer is finished into one solid IC. We manufacture and sell equipment for the "resin sealing (molding) process" carried out in the post-processes.
