I-PEX Opens Nagoya Office on September 28
to Strengthen Customer Support in the Tokai Region

I-PEX Inc. (Headquarters: Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, Representative Director and President: Reiji Konishi, hereinafter referred to as I-PEX) has opened its Nagoya Office in Nakamura-ku, Nagoya, and commenced operations on September 28, 2026.

I-PEX has expanded its business by developing and providing connectors and precision components to customers across a wide range of industries, including the automotive parts industry.

The opening of the Nagoya Office is intended to further strengthen I-PEX’s sales and service capabilities in the Tokai region. Leveraging its highly accessible location near Nagoya Station, the office will deepen customer relationships and establish a prompt and attentive support system.

Through the Nagoya Office, I-PEX will further leverage the combined strengths of the I-PEX Group and enhance its customer support capabilities to help customers address challenges and achieve business growth. As market conditions continue to evolve, I-PEX will strive to deliver greater value as a trusted partner to its customers.

In addition, the operations and inquiry-handling functions previously managed by the Kariya Office will be consolidated into the Nagoya Office. This integration will further improve the efficiency of sales activities and customer support while enhancing service quality.
