Sustainability Management

Amid growing awareness of corporate responsibilities toward climate change and human rights issues in recent years, the I-PEX Group believes that integrating the social and environmental sustainability within its strategy is indispensable to improve its corporate value.

By contributing to the resolution of social issues through our businesses, we will realize our corporate identity, becoming an Innovative Product development & Engineering solutions eXpert as well as our medium-to long-term management strategy “I-PEX Vision 2030”.

To clarify our stance within our Group and proactively promote sustainability-based initiatives, we formulated our Sustainability Policy in August 2022 and established a Sustainability Committee to pursue management that is attentive to ESG.

The I-PEX Group believes that contributing to a comfortable and safe digital society supported by innovation, based on our corporate philosophy, will lead to the sustainable enhancement of corporate value and development towards a better society. Based on this philosophy, we have established a long-term vision and, as a member of society, will engage in points of materiality identified from the perspective of management challenges and importance to help resolve issues that occur in society and the natural environment. In this way, we will contribute to social development by building a sustainable business model and creating value over the longer term.

The Sustainability Committee is chaired by one of the company's Managing Executive Officers and made up mainly of Executive Officers. The Committee meets, in principle, once a month to discuss topics considered most germane with respect to the points of materiality needed to enhance corporate value and issues requiring discussion from a global perspective.
