QA Assistant Manager

Department Manufacturing/Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Job Descriptions Manage and control QA/QC section to meet company target/policy,in accordance with the quality management systems (ISO 9001/IATF 16949) and environment management system (ISO 14001) Occupational health and safety management Systems ISO 18001/RBA system, BCM system.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for the QA/QC department and follow up the progress regularly.
  • Provide a monthly COQ report and summarize improvement action to submit IOG in case Cost of Poor Quality (Loss Cost and Adjustment Cost) doesn't meet target.
  • Promote and support Kaizen activity as Management assigned company policy or customer requirement.
  • Approve quality document or countermeasure report of quality issues from customer.
  • Report work results and performance, including any problems or unsafe conditions, to the manager or relevant personnel.
Qualification
  • Age 40 or older.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Science or related field.
  • At least 7 years' experience in QA/QC, including 5 years at a supervisory level.
  • Have knowledge about quality tools, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Cp, Cpk, and Ppk.
  • Have knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 Requirement and Internal audit.
  • Good command of English (Japanese is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Customer Quality Engineer Supervisor (CQE)

Job Descriptions Responsible for managing customer quality issues, handling complaints and audits, and ensuring all products meet customer standards through effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer complaints/claims/audits regarding quality concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality meets customer requirements, and make decisions on nonconforming products when standards are unclear.
  • Continuous Improvement: Coordinate and lead product quality improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Action Tracking: Follow up on corrective/preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
  • Age 27–35.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineer/Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in QA/QC or process engineering.
  • Have knowledge about quality tools, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Cp, Cpk, QC7Tools and 8D concept.
  • Basic knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.

Assistant Engineer (Design New Model)

Job Descriptions Responsible for supporting mold design for new products through AutoCAD/SolidWorks, from the design stage through mold fabrication, mold trials, and product approval and ensuring process efficiency through technical analysis and trial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and revise 3D models, drawings, and related documentation for mold inserts and components in accordance with assigned requirements.
  • Participate in mold trials, analyze trial results, prepare trial reports, monitor progress, and support improvement activities based on approved actions to ensure project requirements are achieved.
  • Study product drawings, customer requirements, and related engineering information to support mold design and development activities.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with customers, mold makers, suppliers, and related departments to support new mold and new product development.
  • Summarize work progress, project issues, and development results, and report to the direct supervisor.
Qualification
  • Age 23–25.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mold Design, Plastic & Polymer and Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in mold design, with the ability to use AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Basic knowledge of mold structure, with the ability to understand drawings and requirements.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings.
  • Experience in the plastic injection molding industry is an advantage.
