Notice Regarding Transition to a Holding Company Structure and Group Reorganization

I-PEX Inc. has decided to transition to a holding company structure and implement an intra-group reorganization effective January 1, 2027.

Since the management buyout (MBO) in March 2025, I-PEX Inc. has been working to establish a management structure that enables faster decision-making and allows the Company to make its own decisions for future growth. The transition to a holding company structure is part of these efforts. Its purpose is to strengthen Group-wide management strategy and resource allocation, while enabling faster decision-making and management tailored to the characteristics of each business. Through this transition, I-PEX will accelerate focused investment in growth areas, diversify its future earnings base, and establish a structure that enables each business to operate flexibly according to its stage of growth, with the aim of achieving sustainable growth and enhancing the corporate value of the Group.

Under this reorganization, I-PEX Inc. will become the holding company responsible for the overall management of the Group. The five new companies established on July 10, 2026, together with I-PEX Shimane Inc.,  will serve as successor companies. The Connector Business will be transferred to I-PEX Electronics Inc. and I-PEX Shimane Inc., the Mold and Equipment Business to I-PEX FA Solutions Inc., and the Contract Manufacturing Business to I-PEX Precision Manufacturing Inc., I-PEX Fukuoka Inc., and I-PEX Yamanashi Inc.

Following the reorganization, existing contracts and transaction terms with our business partners will remain unchanged, and I-PEX Inc. will remain the contracting party.

Sales contacts, inquiry contacts, and other contact information will also remain unchanged.
