The Challenge: Producing high-precision HDD components requires over 18,000 tons of purified water annually, generating significant wastewater.
Recycling Excellence: Since 2020, we have optimized a system that converts deionized plant wastewater into reusable sanitary water.
2024 Impact: By overcoming technical hurdles with our partners, we successfully recycled 60% of our wastewater, reducing total water consumption by 15%.
The Goal: We continue to innovate toward a perfect circular water system with a definitive aim of zero wastewater.
