As a sponsor of KBC Radio's "KBC Weather Forecast," radio commercials will begin airing on January 2, 2026.

I-PEX Inc. (Headquarters: Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, Representative Director and President: Reiji Konishi, hereinafter "I-PEX") has become a presenting sponsor of Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting Co., Ltd.'s (hereinafter "KBC") radio program "KBC Weather Forecast". As part of this sponsorship, the new radio commercial title "What is I-PEX?" began airing on Friday, January 2, 2026. In addition, I-PEX has also launched web-based advertisements as part of a broader initiative to strengthen brand awareness through both radio and digital channels.

The commercial features Takanori Nishida, a familiar face on KBC's information program "Asadesu. KBC," and Erina Ota, who also appears in "Gyutto." Through Nishida repeatedly calling out g "I-PEX" and Ota asking questions about the company, the commercial introduces I-PEX as "a company that creates the future through manufacturing."

Radio Commercial Broadcast Details

The "What is I-PEX?" commercial airs on KBC Radio's "KBC Weather Forecast," broadcast mainly across Fukuoka Prefecture, northern Kyushu, and parts of Yamaguchi Prefecture. The company name will be mentioned repeatedly every Friday during the weekend weather forecasts, increasing opportunities for audiences—especially in Fukuoka Prefecture, where more than 70% of I-PEX's Japanese employees work—to encounter I-PEX name. ,

To complement the radio commercial, a digital version of "What is I-PEX?" will also be released as a web advertisement and made available on the I-PEX's corporate website and various social media platforms.

About "What is I-PEX?"

Set in a baseball stadium, the commercial features Nishida as a baseball player and Ota as his team manager. Nishida repeatedly calls out the company name, I-PEX, while Ota asks, "What is I-PEX?", concluding with the narration: "I-PEX, a company that creates the future through manufacturing."

"What is I-PEX?" was aired by I-PEX on KBC's information program "Asadesu. KBC" in 2022 where it received a positive response. This time, it has now been reintroduced as both a radio commercial and web advertisement.
