Injection Molding Technician

Job Description Summary The Production Technician is responsible for ensuring that molding and automation process conditions are optimized to yield good quality product at the standard cycle.
Key Responsibility
  • Operate and manage multiple injection molding machines and automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
  • PAssist in mold changeovers and process optimization.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Support and train junior technicians.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualification
  • 3-5 years of background in injection molding, robotics operation and troubleshooting, and mold temperature controller operations in automotive manufacturing.
  • Processing and understand injection molding terminology.
  • Understanding the common components of molding machines.
  • Common knowledge of molding defects.
  • Understanding the hot runner systems.

Maintenance Technician—Mold (Die)—1st Shift

Job Description​ Summary

The Production Technician is responsible for ensuring that molding and automation process conditions are optimized to yield good quality product at the standard cycle.

1st Shift: 7:00-15:00

Key Responsibility
  • Disassemble, clean, grease, and reassemble molds
  • Install molds and connect water/oil lines, hot runners
  • Maintain tooling records and complete check sheets
  • Analyze mold-related defects and report to QC
  • Schedule and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Support mold changeovers to minimize production downtime
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (5S)
Qualification
  • 2-4 years background in injection molding, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, and mold temperature controller operations in automotive manufacturing.
  • Disassembling molds to perform preventive maintenance. (cleaning, greasing, etc.)
  • Crane experience for pulling mold or components from machine and placing in mold shop.
  • Able placing mold or components into molding machine and hooking up water or oil lines to molds.
  • Understanding how to complete check sheets and other paperwork required in the mold shop.

Key Responsibility
HR Leadership & Strategic Support:
  • Supervise and mentor HR team members, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance.
  • Partner with management to develop HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support business goals.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding for all departments.
  • Work with managers to define staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:
  • Oversee benefits administration, payroll processes, and compensation reviews.

  • Maintain accurate employee records including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.

  • Prepare required HR reports and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage job postings, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes and prepare necessary documentation.
Benefits & Payroll:
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
  • Prepare payroll data and ensure timely and accurate processing.

Qualification
