Ethics Policy

The I-PEX Group and all its employees are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and conducting our business with integrity by complying with local laws and regulations as well as customers' requirements in our relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors.
We will not engage in or tolerate any conduct that undermines our honour and integrity.
We are committed to conducting our business in a fair, impartial and competent manner and we will continuously improve and strictly comply with the following :

1. Business Integrity

We always maintain the highest standards of integrity in all our business activities and we strictly prohibit all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion and embezzlement.

We do not engage in bribery or any other means of obtaining an undue or improper advantage, including anything of value received, either directly or indirectly to obtain or retain any gain or improper advantage.

We disclose information on our relevant business activities, structure, financial condition and performance in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and industry practices.

4. Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights. Transfer of patents, know-how and technology from our customers shall be done in a manner that properly protects all intellectual property rights.

5. Fair Business, Advertising and Competition

We maintain the highest standards of fair business, advertising and competition at all times.

6. Identity Protection and Non-Retaliation

We ensure and maintain the confidentiality of suppliers and employees whistleblowers and we prevent any form of retaliation.

We ensure that the sourcing of minerals and raw materials such as tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold (3TG) and cobalt does not directly or indirectly finance or benefits the perpetration of human rights or other labour abuses through their mining or trade.
Due diligence shall be carried out on the source and chain of custody of these minerals and the due diligence measures are available to customers upon request.

8. Protection of Personal Data

We appropriately protect the personal information of customers, suppliers, consumers and employees that we obtain in the course of our business activities. We also comply with the Personal Data Protection Act when collecting, storing, processing, transferring and disclosing personal information.
