Value Chain - Supply Chain
The I-PEX Group has established the “Procurement Policy” as the basis for its procurement activities to manufacture products trusted by customers and to fulfill its social responsibility in all aspects of its business operations. We conduct CSR procurement that takes into consideration labor (human rights), ethics, environment, and health and safety throughout our entire supply chain. We are also committed to source raw materials not involved in inhumane acts such as human rights violations and labor problems in conflict and high-risks areas to establish a responsible supply chain for raw material procurement.
Responsible Procurement of Raw Materials
We, the I-PEX Group, promote the responsible sourcing of raw materials by making reasonable efforts to ensure that the minerals and raw materials such as tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold (3TG), and cobalt that we purchase have no connection with mining and transactions that violate human rights and pose labor issues, etc. We conduct due diligence on the origin and distribution process of raw materials, and disclose our due diligence methods upon request.
To fulfill our social responsibility in procurement activities, we will not use raw materials in our business activities that could provide financial resources for organizations associated with risks and fraud, including child labor and other human rights violations, poor working conditions, environmental destruction, corruption, and involvement in conflicts. We conduct prior verifications to eliminate the use of these raw materials wherever possible. We spare no effort in cooperating with industry organizations and customers that conduct investigations into the sourcing of raw materials, and work with them to ensure responsible procurement activities.
