Customized automatic assembly machine for the product

I-PEX will be responsible for customizing automatic assembly machines from the very beginning of the machine development to the installation. We will consider the concept of automatic machines and verify trial production as well as consider the concept of mass production devices, manufacture, and start mass production for our customers.

The core technologies of I-PEX enables automatic mass production of the products in accordance with the processes and inspection requirements of the target product, which is something other companies have been unable to achieve.

We will proceed with the development of equipment while managing development risks through FMEA in order to meet the needs of our customers. We are proud of the high quality of the devices we provide for our customers.

Original mechanisms are also available for our customers in accordance with the performance of the product and the production process. A prototype unit is used to evaluate the performance, accuracy, and stability of the new process, which is the key to the mechanisms. Then by feeding back the results during the development of mass production, we are able to realize the new technology required. 

It is possible to cut, bend, and assemble the parts in the automatic machine in the state of reel throw since the automatic machine can have precision press molds manufactured by I-PEX.  

We will propose the best combination of robots for equipment requirements, such as parallel link robots, SCARA robots, and linear motion robots. Automatic product alignment is also possible by combining robot and image inspection.

By adding an image inspection stage to the device, the automatic machine can have the function to determine the quality of the product.
