Proposal for production process and production line

I-PEX, which has been successful in the mass production of various products, will propose to customers the best production process including the recipes. The mass production process that I-PEX proposes has two major patterns as shown below.
 

Different devices are used for each operation in independent production process. This process requires operators to check in each operation and transport products between operations.

The automatic production process is to construct automatic equipment that automatizes the production process in each operation. By using a fully automatic production process, the final products will be exported in alignment after the repetition of passing through the process several times.

The number of operators was successfully reduced in this example. There used to be nine processes for the production. However, we consolidated eight out of nine processes into three processes; two assembly machines and one drying operation.

I-PEX will propose to customers the optimal production process and production line by independent production process, automatic production process, or both in accordance with the quantity, the property, and the degree of difficulty for the production.
