We supply turbine shrouds, a critical component of aircraft engines.
A turbine shroud surrounds the turbine blades inside the engine, ensuring their stability while enhancing both efficiency and durability.
I-PEX manufactures shrouds that maintain precision and reliability under extreme high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. We supply these components to both OEM and MRO markets, and also design and fabricate related jigs and fixtures.
Roll Forming Technology
Through roll forming, a continuous process of passing coiled metal through rollers, we efficiently produce uniform and high-strength parts. I-PEX’s unique approach integrates forming and bending into a single process, improving productivity and efficiency. This technology underpins the precision and durability required in aerospace component manufacturing.
